Immortality Study is a special secular Daoist school created in the 20th century by Chen Yingning. In this three month foundations course you will learn the key ideas and practices of Immortality Study, Stillness Meditation, Jing Gong practices, and Internal Alchemy.
Classes start March 2, 2024 and run for 12 weeks. A ZOOM link is available for those who can make the classes but all material is also included in the module section of the course for people who show up after the classes have concluded or otherwise can’t make it.
Since the course is running right now it will be added to each week so make sure to check back to the module section every Saturday evening after signing up to receive the new material.
